To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Use my card ... My account has been compromised multiple times recently. I disputed a charge, and I was supposed to receive an email by May **th **** but received nothing. I called customer service, and said they need a form. I have no access to a computer or printer to print the required forms. The website does not allow for the forms be filled out online. We will cancel our cards and go back to an actual bank where I can reach a human, and has better security features than what you offer if this does not get resolved.
