My mobile phone worked fine before I left the UK but I am now abroad in an eu country and I am unable to send mess or make calls. My phone is stating no SIM card emergency only. Have tried taking out the SIM card resetting turning on and off but nothing works. Have no other phone to check SIM card in. Have tried accessing*setting up an online account but there is a problem with my security question as when set up I asked for that question to be linked to my mother's maiden name but I think the lady who I did not understand put some numerals after the answer-this appeared to be the problem on my last call to yr office when the man on the other end said we will leave that problem for now!! I do not want to pay for a phone I can't use please help no is ***********
