Get a cell signal ... I got my phone in August and **% of the time I have no signal, it drops calls all the time. I'm constantly being told to reset the phone, I need a new sim card, the towers are down, or the tower is * miles away. This is ridiculous. I switched to vorizon so I would be reachable but people call and it goes straight to voice mail. I've been calling or chatting on line for * months I oh w about this and nothing is getting done. Vorizon has been no help at all.
Vorizon is of no help.
Vorizon needs to get me a signal or cancel my contact. I went with vorizon so I can be reached ** hours a day. I take care of my elderly parents and when they need me they cant reach me with this cell service.
I've contacted so many people and received no help except different reasons every time.
