I was not explained about the Jetpack charge "monthly", I was under the impression I paid for the Jetpack and the data billing was already on my cellphone. I was told I would be sharing data between my phone and a tablet or other device. It was NEVER clear that I would have an extra $** charge for the Jetpack each month. I felt VERY rushed and nothing was very clear at all. I am VERY unhappy since I am not using the Jetpack at all and was told I would have to pay $*** to get rid of it!!! I feel the customer service at Verizon has gone way down, people need to be clear on what they are paying for. I DO NOT feel I should have to pay for the $** each month for a device which was clearly NOT explained to me, I would never have purchased it if I had known this. Please contact me asap!!!
