My name is Joshua Humphrey. I am a new customer with Verizon. I established a username and password on a secure website with Verizon. I was in the process of purchasing a new phone. I was unaware that Verizon was charging me. That is not the problem. I had a credit check and spoke to separate fraud representatives. I provided my driver's license for authorization to complete my order. The order expired. I chatted with a representative last night and he said a representative would reach out to me within ** hours. I understand they are busy however I simply wanted to purchase a phone with a payment plan and have it in time for Christmas. Please help me.
