Before you change your service provider you will need to find another company to transfer to. Take your time and shop around but be sure to wait until you are at the end of a billing cycle to cancel.

Ashfield MA DSL and your jet pack*cell phone solution I took:*Ashfield has DSL thru you, which I had for years next door to a house under construction I am building. When I called to request a land line and DSL as I had before, I was told it wasn't available. So I tried your wireless solution and when ordering was told I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY RATE UNTIL I WAS SURE IT WORKED ( did tell the rep. I could not try it until the house could be moved in. So I tried for two hours this last Sat. and could NOT get a connection or get the IPHONE purchased along with the JET PACk to communicate with one another. **In the meantime, contrary to what I was told, I have been charged for the service each month when I never activated it and have only recently come close to moving in to the newly constructed house (*** Bug Hill Road, Ashfield *****) Assigned number from you, though I have never yet used the phone is ***-***-****.*So in light of this two things:**. I request the service I have been charged for and not been able to utilize be forgiven.**. I request DSL and a land line if I cannot resolve this wireless service. *Finally, I am hiring a tech person to try one more time to see if the wireless option*jetpack*cell phone can somehow work, which we will try sometime this week.*In the meantime, please resolve the billing issue and check into a DSL connection for me, please.*Thank you..
