Ashfield MA DSL and your jet pack*cell phone solution I took:*Ashfield has DSL thru you, which I had for years next door to a house under construction I am building. When I called to request a land line and DSL as I had before, I was told it wasn't available. So I tried your wireless solution and when ordering was told I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY RATE UNTIL I WAS SURE IT WORKED ( did tell the rep. I could not try it until the house could be moved in. So I tried for two hours this last Sat. and could NOT get a connection or get the IPHONE purchased along with the JET PACk to communicate with one another. **In the meantime, contrary to what I was told, I have been charged for the service each month when I never activated it and have only recently come close to moving in to the newly constructed house (*** Bug Hill Road, Ashfield *****) Assigned number from you, though I have never yet used the phone is ***-***-****.*So in light of this two things:**. I request the service I have been charged for and not been able to utilize be forgiven.**. I request DSL and a land line if I cannot resolve this wireless service. *Finally, I am hiring a tech person to try one more time to see if the wireless option*jetpack*cell phone can somehow work, which we will try sometime this week.*In the meantime, please resolve the billing issue and check into a DSL connection for me, please.*Thank you.. I can be reached at my phone number of ***-***-****. If you get my voice mail tell me who I can speak to when I call back - I would like it to be a supervisor so we can resolve this.
