On October ** or **th of **** your Verizon truck drove up on our lawn and made very large ruts in the lawn. Therefore, I contact Verizon and a supervisor was supposed to come out and look at the damage on October **th or **th. No one ever showed up. My ticket number was NJCD**QBDF. I contacted Verizon once again to inform them that no one had shown up and they gave me a new ticket number and said the Supervisor Mr. Blake will contact you back in less than an hour and that was on October **, ****. The new ticket number was NJCD**QDKY and of course no one contacted me back. On November *, **** I called back and the gentleman stated that they closed that ticket because they didn't have enough information. This is crazy because they didn't even contact me at all on my office phone or my cell phone number. And when the incident happened it was one of your bucket trucks and it actually had to be towed from a towing company off my property. I don't see how hard it would be to find out who it was because I am sure that the person driving the truck didn't pay for the tow out of his pocket. Therefore, there should be a record of it someplace. So I was given another ticket number NJCD**QM** and someone was supposed to contact me. It is now November **, **** and still haven't heard from anyone. I think this is the most unprofessional experience that I have ever had with another business to just close tickets and not even contact the customer to inform them what is going on. Your driver damaged my property and think that someone could have come and looked at what damage was done. None of your employees should be permitted to drive on any lawn ever.
