I recently cancelled two lines on our family cell/data account. The first line, which belonged to me, was successfully transferred to a new provider, Google Fi. The second line, my wife's, was also meant to be cancelled. However, it seems that her line is still active despite the cancellation request. I am unable to contact customer support as the account owner because my phone number is no longer recognized by Verizon's system, preventing me from connecting via phone or accessing my online account. The system no longer associates my number with Verizon.

I applied for a Verizon Wireless account on June 23 and placed my phone order and paid online. After receiving an email to track my order, I found out that I needed to submit documents to verify my identity. I followed the instructions to email the documents and then submitted them online as well. Despite being initially told everything was fine, I was asked for more documents, which I promptly provided. Eventually, my order was canceled due to being unable to verify my identity, and I was informed I could only get prepaid services from Verizon. After reapplying and facing the same issues, it took multiple attempts and many calls to resolve the problem. Finally, after numerous credit applications and calls, my validation was cleared, and I could place my order again. It has been a frustrating and time-consuming process, and I feel that the customer service representatives could have handled the situation better. Despite the ordeal, I want to continue with Verizon due to their service quality in my area, but I believe some compensation for the inconvenience would be appropriate.

I am a Verizon customer, and my phone was stolen recently. I also need to renew my minutes as my phone service was cut off about a week ago. My son has the same phone as mine and is also a Verizon customer. I am wondering if it is possible to transfer my phone number to his phone by using his SIM card. I am planning to buy a new phone for my son with minutes when I am able to afford it. I am eager to activate my phone number quickly to ensure I do not miss any important calls. Both my son's and my phones were scheduled for service renewal, so I am looking to renew the monthly plan today if I can transfer my phone number to his phone using the existing SIM card.

I recently purchased your phone and internet service while living in the Florida Keys. Unfortunately, the service did not work properly in my area, so I returned both within 5 days. Despite reading the contract, I was charged a restocking fee. Now, I am dealing with a $[redacted] bill due to incomplete information transfer by your worker. I am upset with the unexpected charges and discrepancies in billing. I expect a letter confirming a zero balance on my account, or I will consider taking legal action. I closed my account on May 11th and returned the phone the same day, but faced delays returning the internet equipment due to not receiving a shipping label promptly. I eventually had to pay for the shipment myself. I request that this issue be resolved promptly, or I will proceed with legal action. I have all the necessary documentation to support my claim that the transfer of my information was mishandled, causing significant inconvenience, including losing my email and phone number of over 20 years. This has made it difficult for my military son to contact me. Thank you for addressing this matter. - Rebecca F.

I visited the nearby Verizon store to collect my new phone. Upon requesting assistance to set it up as I was new to Apple iPhones, I was abruptly told to figure it out and follow the instructions by the staff member. Feeling upset, my husband and I left without buying the phone cases and Apple Watch I intended to purchase for my birthday.

I noticed a concerning comment on my Facebook account, so I changed my iPad password. However, now my iPhone account is experiencing issues. I seem to have lost all my friends and cannot see my feeds on the phone. It seems like there was a suspicious account linked to mine with the name "Connie Lewis" and the user "Jeff.Waggoner.[redacted]," with only posts from a individual named Tricia Borden and no friends listed. My current iPhone Facebook account now shows no friends, my friend list is empty, and my feed doesn't display any of my content. The problem seems to only affect my iPhone and an older iPad; the iPad I initially changed my password on appears to be functioning correctly. I have reached out to Facebook for help multiple times with no response.

I have lost my phone, and I am unable to access my account to track its location because the verification code is sent to my lost device. When attempting other verification options, the only choice is to send it to my phone. Selecting "I don't have my phone" prompts to turn it on for the code, which is unfeasible. I am unable to log in even with the correct password, which is frustrating. Is there a way to assist me in locating my phone if the location setting was enabled? Please, contact me at [redacted]. My name is Staci K.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. I received a letter with my account number and phone numbers through the mail, yet I am still unable to log into my Verizon account using this information. It seems that changes have been made to my account without my permission, and I suspect someone has tampered with it. I urgently need to address this matter. I do not have an active mobile phone line with Verizon Wireless; I only use a 5G box at my residence, which I pay for through Verizon Wireless. It appears that auto-pay has been added to my account without my consent, resulting in unauthorized withdrawals from a friend's account listed for auto-pay. Please reach out to me promptly with the necessary details, as this situation needs immediate clarification.

Hello there! I'm contacting to inquire about a potential error made by a customer service representative regarding my phone's SIM card. Will they provide a complimentary replacement if it was indeed their mistake? Initially, my device was functioning normally until I posed a minor inquiry that somehow led to a portion of my SIM being inadvertently deleted, causing disruptions on my phone. I appreciate any clarification on this matter. Additionally, should I encounter prompts asking for personal details on the following page, I prefer not to disclose them to ensure the legitimacy of this chat, particularly if it's not an official Verizon service or affiliated connection. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm experiencing an echo issue with my phone that needs to be checked. The representative who sold me this plan assured me that my monthly bill would remain around $45, but it seems to have increased to $65 despite the agreement. I feel misled as the phone I was sold was outdated and not the latest model as promised. I'm dissatisfied with this situation and would like some clarification or the option to cancel the contract.

I recently canceled my landline service with Verizon a few months ago. To my surprise, it was never disconnected. I contacted Verizon and was promised that the charges would be reversed. Unfortunately, the charges were not reversed, and I continue to receive bills. Due to being busy, I had not reached out earlier as the wait times on the phone were too long. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 30 years. The landline number in question is [redacted], and my main Verizon number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I kindly request the charges to be reversed and credited to my main Verizon number, [redacted]. Thank you, S. Goldberg

Verizon Wireless alerted me about an unpaid bill. I checked my bank statement online, which showed that the bill was paid with a confirmation number. I contacted VW, provided the confirmation number, and they advised me to call my bank for confirmation. After verifying with the bank, it confirmed the payment and sent me a statement as proof. In the meantime, I received a message from VW stating that I had agreed to pay by Oct. 3, which I did not agree to because I had already paid. I spoke with a VW agent named Marketia regarding this matter.

My phone was stolen, and despite reaching out to Verizon multiple times through phone calls, online chats, and in-person visits, I have had a frustrating experience. A new phone was ordered on my account without my consent, and new services were added to my plan. Additionally, I am now locked out of my account and have not received assistance regarding the stolen iPhone. This situation has caused me to be locked out of all my essential accounts, including my bank and email accounts, crucial for my job. I am extremely frustrated with Verizon's handling of this matter.

I've been trying to get in touch with a live agent at Verizon Wireless for the past three days, but I keep getting stuck in a loop. I can't get my phone activated; whenever I do reach a live agent, they transfer me and I end up back in the same loop. I need my phone activated to make outgoing calls, receive calls, and check my voicemail. I am facing a big challenge with Verizon Wireless and I really need some assistance.

After experiencing charging issues with my iPhone, I was directed by Verizon to visit a ubreakifix store. UBreakiFix suggested contacting Asurion for a replacement, claiming the charging port issue was due to the manufacturer. Asurion assured me of a free replacement, so I accepted. However, I was surprised to receive a $[redacted] charge a month later for a supposedly damaged device. They alleged my camera had a chip, justifying the fee. I feel misled as I wasn't informed of potential charges prior to the exchange. I now seek to return the phone or have the $[redacted] credited back to my account.

I'm having trouble with my phone lines as I haven't been able to use them. I believe there was a mix-up with the SIM card, as it doesn't match the number I used to have. I have four lines on my account and need to resolve this issue. Additionally, I need help setting up direct payment and understanding how to check call logs and messages from the other phones on my account. Thank you.

Could you please provide the following details: - PIN code for the account - Account holder's name - Phone number associated with the account - Email linked to the account - Billing address on file I am having trouble with the last four digits of my social security number, as the mobile phone I purchased has its own locked SIM card and is of the American version. I acquired this phone in China, and the merchant advised me to reach out to the service operator for assistance. Your help is greatly appreciated as I did not understand all the details during the full payment transaction back in October. The mobile phone I received does not have a SIM card, which has left me confused. Could you please assist me in understanding the situation better?

I have attempted to file three claims, but each time something occurs that disconnects me, and when I call Verizon back, the claim is denied. My ex-boyfriend robbed me, taking all my belongings, including financial and identification items. I need to replace my cards, debit card, ID, and phone. The insurance company working with Verizon has shown no sympathy towards my situation, making it challenging for me to retrieve my phone. I am considering canceling my Verizon service altogether.

I was advised by Verizon to delay payment past the due date to accommodate a refund processing. Despite my numerous calls to follow up on the refund delay, it was determined that I was never charged initially. Following their investigation spurred by my repeated inquiries, they acknowledged the error and promised to reverse any late fees incurred. Additionally, I am expecting to receive a courtesy credit for the inconvenience caused by the extended communication.
