The issue in GetHuman-kapeddi's own words
I purchased a PREPAID Verizon phone. I met the requirements to have it unlocked and I was sent a code. After * months I had a warranty issue and I was sent a replacement phone. Now, my current SIM no longer works in my replacement phone because it is locked to the Verizon network . I have spoken with several prepaid customer service people from Verizon, Motorola, and T-Mobile and everyone finally agreed that Verizon is who has the unlock code for my phone. The problem is, unless I PAY VERIZON, to activate my phone on their Network they won't give me the unlock code. I do not think I should have to PAY Verizon AGAIN for an unlock code because I had a warranty issue. I own a business and lost customers which means money when my original phone stopped working. So to force me to spend even more money is rediculous. I want my unlock code. I want Verizon to activate my phone on their Network at no cost to me only long enough to establish an unlock code. This is what I believe I deserve for all of the hours I have spent trying to resolve this issue.
GetHuman-kapeddi did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless Prepay should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Verizon Wireless Prepay too
