I am moving to a new address. I had scheduled with Verizon Fios to install internet at my new address on April *, ****. The team showed up at the new house today (March **) and began digging in the yard. I got a call from the current owners asking why Verizon was digging in the yard. I learned that, in the course of their digging, Verizon cut wires to the invisible dog fence and have left it inoperable. I need resolution as to two issues:***. The installation should not occur prior to April ****. There needs to be compensation for the ruined fence to avoid further litigation in Cumberland County Small Claims Court.**Phone Number associated with the account: ***-***-******Installation Order Number: PA***********
