Our FIOS account was installed on Tuesday. We have been trying to talk to someone at Verizon since then. *st it was about the speed and the signal dropping, router resetting itself. *But now it's about the lack of service and support. * times we have been in the phone on hold for more than ** minutes. Then by chat we also had on hold with no response, finally, i got a response from a support tech and he says he has to transfer to customer service. I been on hold since then...Now we just want to CANCEL our account. We have disconnected all the equipment and it will be mailed to you. We dont want VERIZON!
