I transferred my fios account to another person and I want to know if I will be charged an early termination fee. I received an email that mentioned the fee but if I transferred the account to someone else I don’t get why I would owe a termination fee.
I trust that Verizon FiOS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
