To return an in-store purchase online, please note that Vans typically only accepts returns for items purchased online or via mobile. Returns for items bought in-store usually need to be handled in-store as well due to varying stock and cash handling procedures. If you have an issue with a product bought in a physical store, we recommend returning or exchanging at the same store or another nearby Vans location with your original receipt.
