The app showed a property available that wasn’t. We instant book. After the rental price, guest fee, cleaning fee, service fee, lodging tax, and the additional damage protection plan we purchased the total came out to $*,***.**. The owner of the property quickly responded and told us she is giving a full refund because the property was previously booked. She then sent a “receipt” that said we would be refunded $***.**. We are expecting a full refund for everything, including tax and the damage protection fee.
GetHuman2965019 did not yet indicate what VRBO should do to make this right.
