A renter is asking for proof of a refund he should have when I cancelled his reservation due to unavailability of my unit. He should have received a full refund. The cancellation happened very fast, within ** hours of booking or less. I sent him the email that said it was cancelled and a screen shot of part of my account that shows a cancellation. Since I never received money into any account of mine I really have no idea where his money is.
GetHuman-cvancara did not yet indicate what VRBO should do to make this right.
