My rental reservation ID is HA-*CR*DQ. I am needing some clarification, please. On this view and the view where we can see our reservations there is a message that says payment is overdue. When I look at the view payment schedule it says I’ve already paid the first payment. I looked at our bank statement and the payment was there being taken but now when I look at my account I can’t find where the payment was ever taken out. Can someone please look into this situation and let me know what is going on? Thank you. *Susan Alvey
