Multiple drivers were assigned to deliver my order, but only the most recent driver actually picked it up. This caused a delay, and my food ended up waiting at the restaurant for over 30 minutes, resulting in it being delivered cold and stale. Although the last driver delivered the items promptly once assigned, the previous drivers failed to pick them up. I believe Uber Eats should address these issues since they are responsible for vetting the drivers on their platform. I have encountered similar problems before, but this incident disrupted our family dinner completely. If Uber Eats cannot provide reliable customer service, I may need to reconsider using their platform. I hope you understand the inconvenience of receiving a cold meal and will refund my order accordingly.

Madame, Monsieur, Hier soir, j'ai passé une commande sur votre application pour un repas McDonald's. Le livreur m'a appelé pour indiquer qu'il était arrivé, même si je l'attendais déjà. Personne n'est venu, et malgré mes tentatives d'appel, je n'ai pas réussi à le contacter. Ma commande a été marquée comme "livrée" alors que je n'ai jamais reçu mon repas. De plus, j'ai été débitée de 30,55 €. En appelant le McDonald's de Couilly-Pont-aux-Dames, j'ai été informée que d'autres clients avaient également signalé des problèmes avec ce livreur nommé Aymen 04B3B. Hello, I placed an order yesterday for €40.15 through Uber Eats from Domino's pizza Clamart. The order was made at 7:49 p.m., and after waiting for 1.5 hours with no delivery or communication, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to no avail. At 9:30 p.m., frustrated, I rode my scooter in the rain to the restaurant, only to find out they weren't taking Uber Eats orders. Despite being charged, the staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. Upon arrival, I discovered my order was ready at 9:05 p.m., evident from the box label. The cold, incorrect, and poorly prepared food disappointed immensely. I demand a full refund from Uber Eats and request you resolve this dispute with Domino's Pizza Clamart promptly. This mismanagement should not burden the customer. I expect a swift resolution. I recently placed an order at KFC for a box meal with a wrap as a main and a snack wrap. Unfortunately, the main wrap was missing from my order, and although I was refunded for the snack wrap, I believe it was for a lower amount. When I tried to contact customer support through the app, I received a message stating that I had already been refunded for the smaller item and couldn't proceed further. I would appreciate it if I could receive the correct refund amount for the missing main item. Thank you.

My son's bank card was stolen on November 19th, and his bank has already issued him a new card. However, unauthorized transactions, specifically payments to Uber Eats, are still showing up at odd times of the day. These transactions do not appear on his personal Uber Eats account, indicating that someone is using his bank account details for placing food orders. Despite raising disputes with the bank regarding these transactions, it seems that the perpetrator is making these transactions using the bank account number and sort code, rather than the actual card number that was stolen.

I placed a grocery order on Sunday, December 18th for £27.89, which included a total of 14 items. Unfortunately, only 7 items were delivered, yet I was still charged the full amount. The delivery address is 13 Northgate Avenue, Macclesfield SK10 3AE. I ordered from Morrisons Daily in Macclesfield. Since Sunday the 18th, I have been attempting to find a way to contact you for a refund, but the website only provides options for missing items from restaurants and not stores. Thank you, Maryrose

I placed an order with KFC at 7:14 pm today for delivery. Unfortunately, the food was sent to the wrong address due to a postal code error. I immediately updated my address in the app to avoid this in the future. However, when I contacted support, they mentioned that my address was marked as correct and the order was considered complete, leaving me without any further assistance. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered food.

My sister placed an order at 2 Castle View Place, ST16 2EN. The driver claims it has been delivered, but it has not arrived. I contacted the restaurant, and they said the food left a while ago. This meal was for a 7-year-old girl undergoing chemo who needs to eat, but she hasn't received her meal. We tried contacting the driver through the app, but no response. The refusal to refund or replace the order is unacceptable. I am appalled by this behavior and will inform the people of Stafford about the lack of integrity from your drivers. This is a shameful way to treat customers.

My order was delayed by three different drivers, which resulted in it arriving almost an hour late and completely cold. Additionally, one of the main items was missing. I reached out to the support team, and they simply acknowledged my concern without offering a satisfactory resolution. The milkshake, which arrived at room temperature, was the only item I could consume. I requested a partial refund, but this request was ignored in their response. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the service and the quality of the food, I was only met with apologies and thanks for my understanding. I believe I deserve a full refund given the circumstances, as I could not enjoy my meal due to the delay. The customer service representative even attempted to shift blame to the restaurant, though it was evident that the food's poor quality was due to the extended wait time. This experience ruined what was meant to be a nice lunch break treat, leaving me without a meal for work. Despite being told that the delivery time was acceptable, I strongly feel entitled to a full refund.

Good afternoon, Today, I placed a food order through the UBEREATS ECUADOR app. While tracking the order, the delivery person was delayed. I tried to message them through the app, but received no response. The app showed that the delivery person had picked up my order, and then, just 3 minutes away from the delivery point, the delivery person canceled my order. I never received my food or a refund of the payment made with my debit card. I kindly request assistance in refunding the cost of the undelivered order.

I have not received my Yogurtland order from UberEats last night and would like a refund of $32.78. I received an email from UberEats on 12/19 at 8:21 pm with the receipt for the order, showing a total of $32.78 paid with my Mastercard ending in xx2250. The delivery was supposedly made by Julie to [redacted] S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90[redacted], instead of my apartment as requested. I checked with the concierge, and they confirmed that nothing was delivered to me. I have never had this issue before, and as a shut-in who heavily relies on home deliveries, this situation is very disappointing. I kindly request a full refund of $32.78. Thank you, S.S.

I ordered food from my go-to restaurant as usual. When the delivery driver messaged me that my order had arrived, I was busy at work at Jay Honda dealership. Juggling things, I asked her to leave the order at the service door. Later, she called back requesting my pin, which I shared with her. Despite her assurance of leaving the delivery at the door, I was on my way there when I noticed she had already driven off with my order.

I made a pickup order at the Chipotle on Lakeshore Road in Homewood, Alabama for 2 customized burrito bowls without sour cream. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I was there to pick up an order for Jeremy. However, I only received 1 bowl in the bag instead of the 2 I had ordered. Despite trying to contact the restaurant, the number provided on Uber Eats was invalid, and calling directly led me to a bot system. I reached out via the Uber Eats app, where an assigned person mentioned I would receive an email for a refund, but I have not received any further assistance since the incident on 12/17/[redacted].

I ordered from a restaurant on Saturday night, but only received half of my food. I tried contacting the driver with no success, and the restaurant advised me to contact Uber for assistance. I found it challenging to get a response or find a contact number with Uber. Despite spending $[redacted].00 on the order, I was informed that they are facing internal communication issues and closed my ticket without addressing the problem. This is not acceptable. Our group of hungry ICU nurses had limited food options that night, and we demand a refund, not credits. I have a receipt and numerous witnesses to support our claim. The lack of customer service is frustrating; I would have easily resolved this issue with Skip the Dishes promptly. This situation is completely unacceptable.

My order has not been received despite providing the correct address. The delivery person attempted to contact me twice, prompting me to place the order again which arrived without any issues. However, after being assured during a phone call that the order was on its way, the delivery person reported it as delivered without actually doing so, leaving me unable to reach out to them afterwards. Complaints made through the app to operator Esha Mehmood were unhelpful as they claimed the delivery person had been to my address, which is untrue as they never reached my door. I am seeking a refund for the undelivered order.

Yesterday, on 20/12/[redacted], I ordered KFC Streetwise 3. However, when the driver arrived, there was extra food that I did not order. I only accepted my Streetwise 3 and asked the driver to take the rest back. Can you please help me get a refund for the items that were returned? I am in need of the refund as I am currently low on funds. My bank details are with Capitec, savings account number [redacted]. From the total amount of R466 that was charged, I am due a refund of R393 after deducting the R73 for my order. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought an Uber Eats voucher through Perkbox and used it to order groceries from Asda in an emergency situation. Unfortunately, the order was canceled. I'm hoping to get a refund on my purchase so I can buy the groceries myself, as I don't use Uber Eats regularly. Please refund the money to the card I used for the purchase. I ordered from Soul Origin in Strathpine, and they were supposed to handle the delivery at 11:00 am. It's now 12:30 pm, and the restaurant isn't answering calls. I believe they may have closed for Christmas. As the delivery is managed by them, I can't seek assistance through the app or website. Please cancel my order and process a refund. Yesterday, I bought food from Elachi La Lucia. Upon delivery, I paid R131 in cash to the driver before receiving the meal in full. Subsequently, I received an email indicating that I owe R117.95, creating an outstanding balance in my Uber Eats account. The driver claimed I only paid R13, which is inaccurate as I had given the full amount before getting the meal. It's perplexing why the driver would accept R13 and deliver the food despite the R131 bill. It seems necessary for protocols to ensure correct payments are made before handing over meals. I am disappointed by this service lapse as I usually have no issues when paying cash for orders. I kindly request the removal of the outstanding balance as I already paid R131 to the driver.
