I ordered breakfast from Joe and the Juice Zurich on Badenerstrasse as a special treat for my daughter's birthday. However, when the food was delivered to her address in Zurich, the delivery person requested a pin number that I never received via text or email. This led to a frustrating argument between my daughter and the delivery person through Google Translate, as he insisted on a pin for payment, despite the lack of one being sent. Eventually, she paid him in cash, resulting in double payment for the meal. I am extremely disappointed with this entire ordeal and the poor service provided.

I recently purchased multiple items at McDonald's, which included a Large McCrispy meal. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the McCrispy burger was missing. I used the app to request a refund, but I was only refunded £2.70 for an item that cost £5.29. I believe the refund amount was insufficient considering the error was from the store's end. If the burger was unavailable, I wish the app had indicated so, allowing me to choose an alternative item.

I made a purchase on Ubereats, but the item I ordered was not available. I completed the payment but haven't received a refund yet. I reached out to customer service through the app, but haven't heard back. The order doesn't show up in my order history either. Hello, I'd like to report that on November 25th, [redacted], my order from Lee Wongs was cancelled. I was informed that it would take 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed. However, as of December 16th, [redacted], I have not received the refund. I am frustrated by the delay and require assistance in resolving this matter. Kindly provide guidance on how to proceed as I am exhausted by receiving automated responses. It is unacceptable that I did not receive my food, and now my refund is delayed.

Good evening Uber Eats, I am emailing you because I am having an issue with a refund for an order. I placed an order on 9/12 at the Burger King in Westland shopping. One minute after placing the order, I canceled it because I used the wrong payment method. The store didn't even have time to prepare my order before I canceled, and they agreed with that. I placed the same order again, just changing the payment method, and I was charged 32.80. However, Burger King agreed with me that I canceled within the time limit. I would like to request a refund because I feel like I am being overcharged despite canceling on time.

I provided the correct address on the app, but unfortunately, the driver went to a different location. Despite my sending him the right address that was on the app, he was unable to deliver the order due to his mistake. The order was canceled, and I received a refund email; however, I have still been charged for the order. I am very upset about this situation. When can I expect to receive the refund? Order number #75a1e: I purchased a wrap meal and a chicken breast burger meal, and both were stale and cold. The chips were even colder, dry, and hard. I paid £24 but was only refunded £6. I'm not trying to be rude, but I work hard for my money to provide for my family. What am I going to do with £6 when I spent £24 on this food? Please refund my remaining £18. I used your services to purchase food that I had to throw away because it was not edible, poorly cooked, and did not taste good. I want my money back as I feel sick after taking a bite. I may have to go to the hospital because of this. Please reexamine this and refund me the full amount I paid.

I placed an order from Maryam Khatoon's account at [redacted] for Freddy's Chicken and Pizza on London Road, Sheffield. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not deliver the food within the promised time frame of 6:45-7:05. After calling at 7:10, I was informed that the driver was delayed due to traffic. Despite my request for my brother to collect the food, I was told the driver had already left. Upon my brother's arrival at 7:20, the food was not ready, even though the order was made at 6pm. This poor service has left me requesting a refund for the delivery or possibly the entire order.

I am currently on vacation with my child. I placed an order at around 11:22 pm. After about 35 minutes, I received a message informing me that my order was delayed and a second driver was assigned. I waited an additional 30 minutes, during which I saw that there was a stop before mine and then that the new driver, Ashley, was almost at the pickup location. However, to my disappointment, I received a message stating that my order was cancelled. It is now 12:44 am, myself and my daughter are going to bed hungry, and I can't help but feel a bit upset about the situation. I usually handle conflicts calmly, given my daily engagement in conflict resolution. However, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. Hello, I placed an order for groceries today. After receiving a notification that my delivery was outside, I went to collect it but saw the driver leaving. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my groceries, so I requested a refund. Later, my neighbor brought the groceries that were mistakenly delivered to their doorstep. Yesterday, I ordered food from KFC at Luton Airport, Order #3428E. Unfortunately, the delivery driver handed me a dirty and nearly disintegrating package. I captured a photo of the driver and the package and refused to accept the food due to safety concerns. The driver insisted that the poor packaging was KFC's fault, but was confrontational when I declined the order. Subsequently, the driver rudely threw the package on the ground. When I reached out to Uber Eats support, they inaccurately claimed the driver had waited for me for 7 minutes before departing. I have evidence to refute this claim. Good afternoon, I am writing in regards to an incident that occurred on the 8th of December [redacted] with an order placed on UberEats by my friend, Siobhan Price. The order number is #1FFA6. Our address is located within a gated community, and despite receiving a call from the delivery driver claiming to be at the gate, we did not see anyone. The order was never delivered, and attempts to contact the driver were unsuccessful as he blocked the number. Frustrated by this, we went to Pizza Express to reorder the food. The manager informed us that such incidents with UberEats drivers not delivering and blocking numbers were not uncommon. Unfortunately, reaching out to UberEats for assistance has proved challenging as my friend cannot access the 'help' option on the app and there is no provided contact email. I was recently charged incorrectly for an Uber Eats order. I initially placed an order with a buy one get one free offer, but was charged without the discount applied. After contacting the restaurant, they confirmed the offer was still valid and advised me to cancel and reorder. The second order went through correctly with the offer included. I reached out to Uber Eats for a refund, as it was supposed to be issued within 3-10 business days, but they are now claiming it was a legitimate charge. I placed an order at McDonald's, and unfortunately, the delivery driver canceled. Despite waiting for another driver for over 20 minutes, none arrived. When I tried to collect the food myself directly from the restaurant, McDonald's refused, mentioning only Uber drivers could pick up orders. Contacting support, I asked for a refund, but Uber support charged me R236 for canceling an undelivered order after nearly 2 hours, which the restaurant wouldn't release to me. Is it fair to lose R236 in this situation?

I believe there has been a mistake in my recent order. I used a promotion that should have reduced the price to £16, but I was charged £25 instead. I also received the incorrect items, which I have already emailed about. I did not order tobacco in my purchase to avail the 40% discount, but the system did not allow the discount to apply. I am requesting a refund for a disappointing delivery experience. The pizza order to 24 Cambridge Street, Swansea, was mistakenly delivered to number 16. Upon asking the residents, they confirmed not receiving any food. After investigating on the UberEats app, it was found that the driver left the food at number 11, mentioning inability to contact me and choosing that spot, near a bin. By the time I discovered this, it was late, and the food was missing. The entire incident, where £80 worth of food was left at the wrong address, seems completely unacceptable. I placed an order via Uber Eats on December 16th at 8:27 pm with Global Noodles for the Combination Noodles Wok Toss priced at $19.50. However, I was initially charged $20.50 and later incurred a service fee of $2.46 along with a delivery fee of $5.49, resulting in a total of $28.45. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that I recently reported a missing item for my order number #7C6A4. However, upon further review, I realized I am also missing another item - specifically, five crispy chicken strips and nacho cheese sauce that I paid 6.99 for.
