Order food without spending too much time. ... I ordered mcdonalds for my son and babysitter through Uber Eats and it never delivered. Only an hour later I received a text from my babysitter asking if the food was close to arrival. I was beyond infuriated because I order from uber eats every day and I expect quality service every time. I was eating in a restaurant unable to be on my phone the whole time texting so I thought I’d order food at the beginning of the dinner and trust that it would be at the condo within the next **-** minutes. This is very disappointing. I thought my son and babysitter was happily well fed but turns out they were even more hungry waiting for the meal to arrive. And he’s sick. This is crazy.

They never showed up and had me order it again. That’s not fair.

Please refund my order and give me app credit to use on McDonald’s orders.

I order from it every single day. I’m consistent and tip well. I should not receive such low service.
