I’m appalled at the customer service for uber eats, I have contacted customer service four times already spoken to four different people who all have a greed that I should get my refund. But all have wasted my time to tell me that they cannot give me the refund. On February * I placed an order, number is *F****, Your delivery guy ignored my delivery note to come upstairs and ring my bell did not contact me at all stood outside my building door for five minutes then proceeded to write in the Uber app I’m here. I responded and said you have to come upstairs please, I explained to him why he ignored the message and read it and stood outside for another ** minutes then proceeded to cancel my order and said I was unavailable. I immediately called Uber customer service where the guy told me that you guys have several problems with this delivery guy but he could not give me a refund because that wasn't his department so then I spoke to the other department and they told me the guy said I was unavailable which is not true. It is now Thursday which I’ve spoken to two more people who have written in the notes for you guys to read that I need my refund because I have proof of everything that I was available he did not contact me, he was rude and he left so I want my money back because it’s not about money it is about the principle of the situation where I’m not at fault and your delivery guy was wrong. I have been contacting Uber eats for two days now this is very unprofessional I use you guys all the time but this is disgusting the way you are treating a customer, a valued customer at that. If this does not resolve I will take matters very worse and will be contacting news media anybody who will listen, till you guys give me a fair response.
