I AM OUTRAGED! My ongoing order (****AB) has been pending for an hour and a half, when the expected delivery time was **minutes. In contacting Hooters directly, I was notified the order had been completed and ready but the driver selected for uber continued to cancel and change! Hooters has no problem fulfilling the order but Uber has not maintained their bargain of delivering the food AT ALL, let alone in a timely fashion. **I demand a full refund and the order be completed as originally ordered. Hooters will comply to this request! I expect this immediately! I would respect this immediate process or a call back right away at the phone number affiliated with the UberEats account. **Marissa Foster.
