Order number: E**F**Requesting refund of $**.** because food was never delivered. Order was placed to Firehouse Subs at **:** am today ******** and was constantly delayed up to **:** pm. I place a call to customer service at **:** am to cancel and was informed order could not be cancelled because it was still in the time frame of expected delivery. The delivery time changed at least * times. After the call I noticed the food was being delivered by Christy. While looking at the map on app and waiting a door for delivery, it showed that Christy was never within * minutes of my address and then the map suddenly disappears and the order was confirmed as delivered. I never received a call from Christy about delivery.**Please refund or this transaction will be disputed with my card holder. Up until now we have had decent deliveries but I will not use Uber Eats again until this issue is resolved.**Thank you,*Jeff McGhee
