The issue in GetHuman-harryliu's own words
Hello, I reserved a pizza from Uber Eats (order number no. **E**) in Paris. I waited for about one hour and a half and it was always on the way. One hour after, I contacted with the Pizza shop which is Parker Pizza. They told me my pizza was just sent out so I just needed to wait another couples of minutes. And then ** mins after, I hadn’t yet receive it, so I re-contacted with the shop. They told me the rider had sent the pizza but he perhaps couldn’t keep touch with me by my number. It’s just wierd because I didn’t receive any calls and on the application Uber Eats I always saw the rider keeping at the same place. And also, the guys in the Pizza shop told me to ask for the refund in the site. It’s so incredible and ridiculous. I waited for nearly two hours and until now I didn’t eat anything and they just ask me to contact with the Uber Eats stuff to ask for the refund. It’s so hurt.*Totally cannot understand ! *The rider was Sankoumba*.* and the restaurant was Parker Pizza.
