I placed my original order earlier today. Now almost * hours later I had to call customer service twice. They canceled my order I had to reorder from somewhere different. As a working professional I have relied on your company a lot and I don't bring my food to work but this is extremely upsetting and the people on the phone seem not to care or have the authority to make things right. I make about $*** an hour and my time is money * hours of my time has been wasted today not to mention im still hungry. I would request a credit of a minimum of at least $***.** for the horrible service and wasteful use of my time. Really if this was my company I would refund * hours worth but I will be satisfied with * hour .
