Hi Ubereats I talked with Mariel on ********* about my account. Ubereats was warning me that if I have one more week where some deliveries are significantly late they're going to terminate my account. Her message told me that the specialized team is reviewing my account and would provide an update with next steps. I haven't heard back from them though. This is important to me because I depend on Ubereats and I'm a good driver. I only take one delivery at a time, I use special hot*cold bags, and I treat customers well. My general rating on all my apps has been good too. However I can't control rush hour traffic which I think has caused the delays and issue the app*timer has with me now. Hence these warning messages. Please tell me the details behind the problematic deliveries, what the time window is for deliveries before they're considered significantly late, and what can be done to overcome this issue in a practical way specific to my situation
