Hello last night I ordered for the *rd time from Mr Submarine near me in Oak Forest Illinois, never had a problem before always pretty satisfied, well last night I ordered around *:** pm ( they closed at **:** pm last night) I got the prompts that the driver was on his way although the ETA changed a couple times , originally it was *:** but it got here after ** pm. I spoke to the owner of the Mr Submarine today and he assured me he personally wrapped my sandwich because he remembered the order. I know how they wrap their sandwiches but when I got mine this time it looked tampered with, the foil was loose, torn and half was missing, the other wrapping was loose and the sandwich was cold. I was so disgusted and freaked out I threw it all away, I DO NOT have $**.** to throw away and when I complained through the UberEATS app all I got was a really lame apology and that the status of my issue was resolved, really?! Furthermore the owner of the Mr Submarine said that that particular driver is always slow and sat in the parking lot with order for quite a while before leaving! I think I deserve a refund due to this horrible experience, I feel like the victim here. *Allyson Powell
