The issue in GetHuman906898's own words
I took an Uber on July **, **** from **** Pembroke Road, Hollywood, Florida to my home. It started raining very heavily right after I was picked up. The Driver was holding his cellphone in his right hand very close to his face in order to direct himself. I asked him to put the phone down and pay attention to the road. He did not listen to me. He held his cell phone the entire time close to his face in order to direct himself to where we were going instead of paying attention the road in front of us. At one point, he drove through a very large amount of water on the ground. The car hydroplaned very badly. I told him again to put his cell phone down. All he did was say, "I'm sorry." This was a terribly dangerous driver who should not be driving for Uber.
