I can't pay my bill for my POBox account (renewal) because I can't login. I must be missing my login name and it wont let me reset because my phone number is attached to that account.*My CC must have expired since last year's payment.
GetHuman-mobinak did not yet indicate what US Postal Service should do to make this right.

I finally talked to a live person after waiting for at least **-** min for someone to answer. She said she couldn’t help me with the login to account part but I could just walk into the post office & pay my bill. *She would’ve had to transfer me to someone else to get acct fixed so I didn’t bother
