My company Twitter account, @kineviz, has been suspended. As lead of communications and marketing, I had ran into this problem when I signed onto the account with my new laptop. It asked me to confirm with the phone number on file, however, that number belongs to a colleague that has recently past away due to health problems. I and my team have submitted plenty of support tickets to Twitter Support with no response. It has been over a month now and this is unacceptable. Please help!
