The issue in GetHuman-edvardm's own words
We have business twitter account. One application already created by someone and I see in the list e.g. APP* . This indicate that developer account form were submitted and created in the past We need create a new application in order to use twitter API to search CanadaQuake posted alerts and integrate with internal operational system .*To create a new application , the twitter asking developer account form to submit again and why ? Does it mean for each new application we need developer account submission form ? Could you please clarify and corroborate further.
GetHuman-edvardm did not yet indicate what Twitter should do to make this right.
