My Twitter account has been suspended for several days now without any valid reason. Despite not violating the Terms of Service, my appeal keeps getting denied. I would really appreciate it if a real person could review my support ticket to resolve this issue. I used "violent language" in a casual manner with a friend, which is allowed according to the TOS, but I still got suspended. It's frustrating because the TOS clearly states that this type of language is permissible in certain contexts. I have been patient and submitted numerous appeals over the past week without success. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I feel unfairly treated as I shouldn't have been suspended in the first place based on the rules outlined in the TOS.

My zimlearn Twitter account has been locked for a week. I am unable to receive the verification code as my carrier is not supported. I received a case number, [redacted], but after multiple verification attempts, I have not received a response. I am unable to proceed with the process due to the open case. Contacting Twitter support for assistance has been challenging. I am hoping for a resolution soon by either receiving a call at [redacted] or having my zimlearn account reactivated. Thank you.

I was on Twitter when I got locked out for "automated activity," despite not using bots. Now, I can't log in because it wants to verify with my old phone number, which I can't access. Resetting the password didn't work. I contacted Twitter support two weeks ago and haven't heard back. They told me not to reply to their emails, but I did with more details. Still no response. I need my account unlocked or at least be able to update my phone number to verify and unlock it.

Dear community members, I hope you're doing well. I'm seeking your understanding and assistance with an issue I've encountered. My Twitter handle is @Ronaaiinn, which I've had since January [redacted]. Despite creating my account a few days before my 13th birthday on January 17th, [redacted], I've maintained it for nearly seven years without any inappropriate behavior that would lead to suspension. Recently, I adjusted my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted], resulting in my account being locked. I've submitted my ID to confirm my age, but Twitter declined to reinstate my account, citing that I wasn't 13 when the account was created. I acknowledge that I made an error, unintentionally breaking the rules, and regret the loss of my connections and memories on the platform. While creating a new account is an option, my concern lies in losing touch with the accounts I followed over the years. I kindly request your help in appealing to Twitter to unlock @Ronaaiinn so I can once again engage with the content that brought me joy and inspiration. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to access my Twitter account that was linked to my phone number. Unfortunately, I accidentally logged out and cannot recall the account username or name as it was used primarily through my number. I need to recover this account as it's crucial for accessing games and other linked content like PUBG. I have multiple Twitter accounts associated with my phone number, making it challenging to remember the specific one I need to recover. Once I can access this particular account, I can deactivate the others. I did not set up an email for this account, solely relying on my phone number for access. Your assistance in helping me regain access to my Twitter account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to share that on July 24th, my account was suspended by Twitter due to a flagged response to my friend as a violent threat. I have been appealing for unsuspension ever since, as I believe it was a misunderstanding. While I admit using hyperbolic speech, it was part of a friendly banter between friends, even initially in direct messages (DM) with user: chnbaeksofties and then on the public timeline (TL). User: chnbaeksofties understood it as a joke, as evidenced by them "liking" the tweet and continuing the banter. I am aware of Twitter's rules and policies, and I believe my case should warrant a warning for the hyperbolic tweet, not a permanent suspension, especially since it was a first-time occurrence. The repeated automated responses from Twitter support without a detailed explanation or investigation leave me feeling unjustly judged. I urge the Twitter support team to delve deeper into the situation, possibly by reviewing our DMs or contacting user: chnbaeksofties for clarification. I wish I could provide screenshots as evidence, but my account being suspended restricts me from doing so. Thank you and I hope you have a great day.

My Twitter account received a permanent suspension due to targeted attacks by individuals harassing and reporting my tweets, misleadingly portraying them as violating Twitter's terms of service. Their actions were motivated by discrimination against my sexual orientation. Unfortunately, their efforts were successful, leading to my suspension. Despite being subjected to bullying and discrimination, Twitter cited those very reasons for the account suspension. The individuals continued to mock and publicize the reporting process they pursued against my tweets. I lack the financial means to address this issue, but I seek support to combat cyberbullying and regain access to Twitter. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I got locked out of my account due to a mistake in my birth year. Initially, I inputted [redacted] instead of my real birth year, [redacted]. Consequently, the system flagged this as a violation because I was under 13 when I created the account. Following the appeal process, I submitted my birth certificate. However, they kept requesting a photo ID instead. I attempted to send both my birth certificate and school ID but was unsuccessful. After receiving an email indicating they couldn't assist further and suggesting I create a new account, I tried to open another request, only to find an unclosed case already existed. I am eager to regain access to my account; a direct connection with a human representative is preferred over automated responses.

I've been locked out of my Twitter account that I've had since [redacted]. This happened after updating my birth year, and Twitter now thinks I'm under 13 due to having only 6 years of experience on the platform. I'm 18 now and really don't want my account to stay locked or disabled. I've already submitted my ID to prove my age and hope Twitter can unlock my account and return it to me. Losing it over such a small misunderstanding would be disappointing.

Hello, I recently updated my date of birth on my Twitter account, resulting in the account being locked. The reason stated is that I should have been at least 13 years old when I created the account, but I was actually 12 at the time. While I understand the rules, I am now 20 years old and my account was managed with adult supervision, involving my parents in my Twitter activities. Now, as an adult, I am puzzled by the decision to delete my account. I have years of activity on the account that I value, and starting over is not something I wish to do. I respectfully request a reconsideration of re-activating my account instead of deleting it now, given that I am now well above the required age. Thank you in advance for your anticipated understanding. Best regards, Simra Z.

I encountered an issue with my Twitter account. I was engaging in my usual weekend sports tweets when I focused on the Tottenham vs. Arsenal game and posted my usual analysis tweet. Suddenly, I received a notification that my account was locked due to a violation of Twitter rules. I am certain my tweets were not inappropriate, and I stayed within the posting limits. This incident happened after just around 10 tweets, which is below my usual activity. While I engaged in some liking activity, it was not excessive. I would appreciate assistance because I did not receive a code to unlock my account as promised. Interestingly, when I tried creating a new account using the same phone number, a code was provided, unlike for my locked account. I value the connections I have made on Twitter related to my career aspirations in sports and am frustrated by the lack of response to my situation.

I created my Twitter account when I was under 13, which was against the age policy. Recently, as I am turning 21 tomorrow, I added my birthdate to my profile. Twitter locked my account due to age restrictions, not allowing me to reinstate it as I was under 13 when it was created. I reached out to Twitter support, following their instructions to unlock the account. Despite providing my name and valid ID for verification, I was unsuccessful in getting my account back. As I am close to turning 21, losing a long-standing account is disheartening. I acknowledge my error in not meeting the age requirement at the account's creation, especially since I was soon to be 13. I value the customer support provided and anticipate your assistance.

I am unsure if I am considered locked out or if this is a different issue. This is my fourth attempt at verifying my account. I am not a bot but rather a luddite who rarely uses a phone and originally joined with my landline number, never anticipating an issue. My cell number is [redacted]. When this issue started on Wed, 8/28, I confirmed not being a bot, but I didn't receive the code sent to my landline. I request Twitter update my number to my cell, [redacted], and send the code so I can regain access. I was just researching on Google or browsing for appropriate memes for my posts when this happened. I am upset and frustrated by the lack of response from this "social" media platform. I hope for a prompt resolution so I can enjoy Twitter again. Interestingly, Google also asked for verification a day or two later when I was fact-checking for a Facebook post to my Congressperson, which was resolved with a simple checkbox.

I am Diana Calame. I am unsure if I am considered locked out or facing a different issue. This is the fourth attempt to verify my account. I am not a bot; I am a luddite. I used my landline number when I joined because I seldom use my phone, never anticipating an issue. My cell number is [redacted], a flip phone. Since the problem started, I have kept it on, realizing my mistake. Last Wednesday, I attempted to verify, but the code was sent to my landline's last four digits that I couldn't receive. I need Twitter to change my number to my cell, resend the code so I can regain access. If this isn't possible, I noticed I can receive texts on my PC where I use Twitter but couldn't find how to set it up. You can contact me via email at [redacted] to help resolve this issue as I mainly use my PC for Twitter. I was either searching on Google for factual comments or finding suitable memes. I am disappointed and extremely frustrated with Twitter's unresponsiveness to my problem. I hope for a prompt resolution as I truly enjoyed my time on the platform.

I have reached out multiple times in the past few days regarding the suspension of my account and the banning of my number. Last year, my account @sadshift was suspended due to a joke that was misinterpreted by the system. Despite appealing, I did not get my account back. Despite promises of a more thorough review process earlier this year, I find myself and others still facing suspensions for harmless actions like changing a password or expressing frustrations. While trying to link my number to a new account, using my own number led to an automatic suspension. I have carefully reviewed the rules and none were breached in the disputed tweet or on my new account. Despite contacting Twitter multiple times, I have received no response. Rebuilding my network on a new account only to face the same issue is disheartening, especially in contrast to the unchecked presence of harmful accounts on the platform. My suspended account is twitter.com/stickylimit. Kindly consider reinstating it along with my number. Thank you.

Hello Twitter Support, I recently reported an issue with my locked account, but the response from one of your agents was not helpful. I tried to provide more details about the problem but have not received a response for days. I am unable to open a new report until the first one is closed. I am reaching out again to ask for your attention to this matter. My account was locked on August 31, [redacted], after posting multiple tweets with the same hashtag. It seems the server mistook me for a robot due to the volume of my tweets. I was unaware of any limits in place. Despite attempting to unlock my account, I am prompted to provide a phone number, yet my country is not listed. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and unlock my account. Thank you.

My Twitter account @feelingstxtt was recently suspended for no apparent reason. I am seeking assistance in restoring my account. I took many measures to prevent suspension, even modeling my account after other successful accounts in my niche such as @Factsoup, @inspirestagram, and @ohteenquotes. Despite Twitter's AI sometimes mistakenly suspending accounts, I am confident this is an error in my case. I had approximately 60k genuine and engaged followers and my content was highly valued within the Twitter community. Gaining around [redacted] new active followers daily required considerable dedication and effort. I can verify that I adhered to all of Twitter's Rules diligently, particularly given recent events. I respectfully request that Twitter reviews and reinstates my account. Rebuilding it to its previous level was a significant investment of time and effort, and I fostered a valuable network/community through my success on the platform. I am willing to cooperate fully to restore @feelingstxtt. Thank you for your attention, and I am hopeful for the reinstatement of my account for the benefit of the Twitter community. Best regards, @feelingstxtt

My account @feelingstxtt was recently suspended without reason. I am seeking assistance in getting the account unsuspended. I followed all of Twitter's Rules and modeled my account after popular ones in my niche such as @Factsoup and @ohteenquotes. The account had around sixty thousand real active followers with organic engagement. I was gaining over one hundred new real active followers daily and put significant time and effort into the account. I would appreciate if Twitter could reconsider the suspension as I value the community I have built. I am willing to comply with any requirements to have @feelingstxtt reinstated. Thank you for your attention, @feelingstxtt.

My account is restricted, and I am unsure of the violation I may have committed. The notification mentioned something about a violation of automated activity. I sent an appeal last Sunday via my phone but have not heard back from Twitter support. Today I filed another appeal and clarified that I use two IP addresses, one in Portland, USA, and the other in the Philippines. I utilize the U.S. IP address at work on my PC due to using Citrix/VPN from the client. When I am at home, I use my phone, which has a Philippine IP address. Please reinstate my account, as creating a new one is not an option for me. This account is invaluable to me. It's not every day that a famous boy band like BTS acknowledges my video, which occurred exactly a year ago on September 2. I would appreciate your assistance with this. Additionally, I need to update the phone number on that account since it is no longer active, but the email address is still valid. Thank you.

Hello, I recently had my Twitter account @humvle suspended for unknowingly violating their rules. Upon being informed by Twitter Support of the violations, which included creating multiple accounts with overlapping uses, evading a permanent suspension, cross-posting Tweets or links, and aggressive following, I now understand my mistakes. Despite being a longtime Twitter user, I was unaware of these particular regulations. I deeply regret my actions and wish to rectify the situation by having my account unsuspended. I have taken the time to educate myself on the rules and promise to comply moving forward. Twitter is where I feel most comfortable expressing myself; it's my sanctuary. I acknowledge my error and sincerely apologize. I am asking for an opportunity to regain access to my account @humvle. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
