I was reading when Twitter put their automation program on for Thanksgiving and locked me out for a tweet I sent eight (*) months ago. Which I couldn't find anything wrong with. Waiting for them to respond now going on ** days. ... On Nov **, **** (Thanksgiving Eve) I was locked out when Twitter turned their automation system on for the holiday*weekend. I have been kicked off * times previously due to their automation system on weekends. Wherein they responded within * days of weekend and apologized stating it was a glitch in their system.*But this time it showed LOCK OUT due to HATE*THREATENING tweet. It was for a tweet eight (*) months old ( March *, ****). Why would they allow me to Tweet for eight (*) months if this was flagged as Hate*Threatening tweet? Yes it happened when they turned on the automation for the holiday again. I looked the tweet over and I cannot find any "hate" or "threat" in the tweet. So if you are accused of violating the policy you are locked out. What if you are innocent? I decided to appeal instead of deleting same. I have not heard from them after asking them to point out where the hate*threat is. I said I would gladly remove same once they point it out to me. No response. But I don't appreciate being classified as a "Hater" when I cannot see any hate or threat in the tweet. It was a political response of course. *I would assume Twitter reports all "Hate and "Threats" to Homeland Security or FBI for the safety of the public. If this is so important as "Hate" or " Threat" tweet why did they wait eight (*) months to tell me? Why aren't they responding ASAP knowing it is still posted? Can an individual or TROLL report your tweet as Hate*Threat and Twitter locks you out based on what the TROLL said? That's not fair to someone who is innocent.*Twitter responded by email stating they would review that issue and I would be locked out by the time given. Well, no time was given as to how long they intended to lock me out. I've read all the rules*regulations etc. No time given. AND NO way to contact them about the injustice but through email. Phone number says they do not provide telephone support. Which I think is very bad idea knowing how frustrating this makes their customers. It probably will be one of their downfalls by not giving good support assistance. What I wrote in tweet is not as bad as what President Trump writes including calling someone "horse face" (Trump called Stormy same). He bullies and says much worse including Sec Zinke just blasted someone too. Why aren't they being locked out? Special privileges? Everyone should be on the same standards including the President and his cabinet. *I've been locked out now for ** days. I did attempt to contact them several times via email support. Which I found out is a mistake because they put you on the back burner when you do that. This is horribly frustrating. I don't want to be classified as a "Hater*Threatening" person on my file! This is poor customer support when the customer is being penalized and they are innocent. Twitter bumped me off four (*) times last year. Each time they apologized saying it was a glitch. It always occurred on the weekend or holiday. When they took off from work and put the automation program on. Apparently the automation program is the problem. *I want them to either tell me where the threat*hate is in the tweet or unlock my account as another serious glitch which they will strive to improve. But they haven't responded to my three (*) emails yet. I asked them to escalate the issue to Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter. Since this is a serious issue involving Hate*Threats and they are accusing a customer of same. I take this very seriously. If I've done something wrong I will correct same. But they haven't even told me where the issue is in my tweet. The longer they put the customer off? The more angry the customer gets. I certainly hope they don't treat everybody in this manner. If competition starts up they are going to lose customers. Still waiting after calling them twice. They don't do customer support via phone. Waste of time attempting to call. This is disappointing.
They know the problem with their automation program when they are off on weekends and holidays. The program kicks people off, locks them out and the customer has to wait until they return to get back on. They need to fix this ASAP. I've been kicked off five (*) times now. Each time they apologize. Well it irritates us because I was unable to wish my Twitter friends Happy Thanksgiving.
Tell me where the violations are in the tweet. If there are violations I will remove the tweet.. I will expect an apology if there is no violation. I expect my account to be restored ASAP. BUT this many problems needs to be addressed by Twitter and it 's automation program. I'm sure they make enough money now that they can hire some professionals to fix or create a new program so people are not being kicked off who are innocent. They definitely need telephone support! Imperative!
I've send thousands of Tweets without being in violation of rules or regulations. Now I get locked out for something I don't think I've done with no explanation from Twitter as to where the violation is. I've forgiven them for the four (*) times they kicked me off and apologized. But repetition of this is starting to get to me. I didn't get to wish my Twitter friends Happy Thanksgiving which was disappointing.
Three (*) Emails, report the issue online, contacted GetHuman, telephoned twice to no avail as they don't have telephone support for its customers. They need to do this ASAP.
