Our business account got locked because I entered our year of "birth" as **** (which is when our company started). We got locked out because we didn't meet the age requirement. We are all in our forties! I submitted the requisite ID proof right away, but I have heard nothing. This was three business days ago. I understand that they are experiencing heavy volume, but it is crucial that we get our account back up as soon as possible. Our account is @EXTRA*YOU. We are launching a book soon and really would like to get this resolved. Thank you.
