I was trying to change my birth year to ****, my correct birth year ... I changed my birth year on my account to the year ****, which was clearly ** years ago. Not even two minutes later my account gets locked because I have to be the age of ** to have an account? Which doesn’t make sense because I was thirteen literally * years ago, so I’m not understanding why my account is locked and you people are threatening to remove my account.
They had locked my account thinking I was under the age of ** and there’s basically nothing I can do about it

I made another account to tweet them and called HR**Update: They sent me an email apologizing about taking forever to respond and let me fill out a form stating how i got locked out of my account, they said they base your age off of when the account was created, which mine was apparently created before I turned thirteen. They said they’ll restore my account soon, I honestly forgot about it but it’s cool. Today is July my account was locked in May
