I called the Torrid customer service yesterday (******) and placed an order with the customer service Rep. I specifically asked for the overnight shipping because I am travelling next week and would like to have the items before I leave. Now when I click on the tracking information, the UPS website does not show any detail. I called UPS and they said I need to contact the shipper because they can't see anything on their side yet.
