Repair order W-**** as of *-**.*On **-**, I received word that my bag was being repaired at no charge and was being prepared for shipment. That was Oct. **. Since, I've received * emails asking me to review the repair, wondering if I was still searching, telling me to buy my repaired bag at zero cost. Wacky. But no bag or shipment notification. Will you update me please? Thanks in advance. John Balzar
