Quote from the manual: "You*will need the name and the URL of the of the radio station to add during the storing procedure. Your website says this device supports Tidal, but only if I add it myself. I use it on my android phone and my desktop ... I need the Tidal URL so I can add it to my new Onkyo Receiver. It requires the URL and my Tidal password. I'm sitting here collecting dust, should take a matter of minutes to send me the info. Thanks in advance JIM
This is my favorite streaming service and this issue could be fixed in two minutes. If your customer service is so bad I will happily toss this in the dumpster and purchase from a company that gives a **** about those who support you with our hard earned money
This could be fixed by a human actually responding or making customer support geared toward support, instead of the labyrinthine maze I find myself in.*.
I did a lot of research before making the purchase and my system sound incredibly clear and great tone. I actually expected to be be able to resolved with a simple phone call or live chat. I feel like I may have made a mistake in purchasing a fine product with virtually no support once you got my money.
Tried the customer support team at Onkyo U.S. but was bounced to the web page. Then went back to my original post and explained in much more detail what my issue is, and am hopefully waiting for any kind of response. As you can tell your lack of customer support is ruining my chances of ever choosing any Onkyo product in the future. Thanks for letting me vent my frustration, I hope you "bot" can comprehend what I require from Onkyo.
