I have a tidal subscription through my service with sprint. But they wont allow me to play music. When I click on a song, it says renew subscription, but I pay through my phone carrier. I've been on the phone with sprint and they dont understand why this is happening. And I'm having no luck going through their support system because it keep saying an error occurred when I go to send the email. Can someone please help me
