Please apply the coupon code for **% that I have been offered EVERY TIME I SHOP

I was trying to buy a few items but wanted to use the coupon code ... I just ordered my first goody box and was billed for full price for the things with no chance to enter a coupon code - I have sent many boxes (some only getting back $*) so I really feel badly at being charged full price for the well-earned items - had I known there wasn't a **% discount I would not have kept as many. Is there any way you can still apply the discount - as I have been a great customer so far!!!!

I would really appreciate the **% applied to my goody box order - it is not sitting well to pay full price and I may not want to participate further.
I'm an excellent customer - I have been buying a lot, telling a TON of people, and sending boxes too!!!!
