I am extremely disappointed with the customer support and the lack of resolution for my missing package. The shipping company you use implied that I received the package, but the photo they provided does not show my apartment number or any details of my location. They advised me to check with my neighbors, and I have already checked with the office. I prefer speaking directly with someone over the phone to quickly address my concerns and either retrieve the clothes I ordered or receive a refund. I am eager to receive the clothes I requested. I recently made my first order with Thred Up a few weeks ago and I have some concerns. I realized that I missed using the return label for my returns, which has been the standard process for other companies I have returned items to. After using some of the credit on my account, I received my latest box of clothing and was disappointed with the quality and fit of many items. Some items were final sale and I will be donating them to a thrift store. Considering the service charge and return shipping costs, I am unsure if Thred Up is a cost-effective way to shop thrift items.
I kindly request that my current store credit of $[redacted].27 be refunded to my credit card. I plan to return the current items, pay for the shipping, and would like the refund to be processed back to my credit card. I also request that the $[redacted] order I paid for not be sent out, as most items in the order are final sale and did not meet my expectations. Please refrain from sending out the impending order scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Thank you.

I bought a sundress from ThredUp expecting it to be embroidered as stated in the description. However, upon receiving it, I realized there is no embroidery; it's just a print. I feel misled as I specifically paid for embroidery. I need assistance in resolving this issue. Additionally, ThredUp's website mentions that they can be reached via chat, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching them for days. They should address this on their site as well.

According to FedEx tracking, my package was marked as delivered on 6/28/23 with the note "Left in mail room." Surprisingly, I did not receive any notification from either FedEx or Parcel Pending, the company managing the mail room. Normally, non-USPS packages should be placed in a secure locker, and I should receive a code to retrieve them. Without the access code, I am unable to pick up my order. The only way I found out about the delivery was by checking the tracking information on the ThredUP app.

I checked the FedEx tracking for my delivery from ThredUP and saw it was marked as delivered on 6/28/23 and left in the mailroom, but I didn't receive any notification or access code for the secure locker. Since only USPS packages are supposed to go in the locker, I'm unsure how to retrieve my order without the code. I discovered the delivery information through the ThredUP app, so I hope they can help resolve this issue. If FedEx cannot locate my package, I would appreciate if ThredUP could provide a similar discount and free shipping as my original order. This was my first purchase from ThredUP, and I was excited about the unique clothing items I bought.

I purchased a dress with order #[redacted]35 from Ali'i Fashion Hawaiian through 2NDHND. After paying the $11.76 invoice, they indicated it would be delivered around August 23 or 24. Now, they claim there is no record of my order, despite it being my first time ordering. I am requesting either the dress I paid for or an immediate refund. I have attempted to contact Thredup multiple times via email without any response. On August 3, [redacted], they received a box of my clothes. Simultaneously, my girlfriend shipped her box via FedEx which arrived the same day, and her items were promptly processed and sold. However, my items were initially set to be processed by September 14, but the date was later changed to October 5. The delay of over two months in processing my items is unacceptable, especially when I relied on Thredup for quick cash. It's puzzling why my girlfriend's items were expedited while mine have been pending for an extended period.

I am having trouble adding my social security number for the [redacted] clean out sales. The system is not accepting my SS# and, as a result, I am unable to access the clean out information, and my sales are not being credited to me. It was difficult to change my shipping address on the account. I believed I had fixed it, but it was still incorrect. The address used was for my old job that closed over a year ago. I tried to contact customer service to resolve this, but I was unsuccessful. I am eager to resolve this issue. I am puzzled by the difficulty of the situation and believe it could have been easily corrected with a phone call.
