I purchased two child tickets from Redditch to university Birmingham to travel around * pm today or my children so they can come and visit me in hospital this afternoon. I use this booking system * or * times and haven’t had a problem. I’ve had * upset kids stranded at the station until I could sent the money via bank transfer so they can buy the tickets direct. I chose to get the tickets emailed to my son’s email *(denstono** @gmail.com) which is the same one I always use. I need a refund asap
