My wife and i boarded the *am train from Euston to Manchester Piccadilly on *st Dec ****. Upon boarding we discovered that another party had the same reserved seats as us. We sat elsewhere until Stoke when we were forced to stand as the train become very busy. We raised it with the guard who was unable to do anything. At Macclesfield we were forced to leave the train as it was over full and board the next one. I have a photo copy of our tickets and the reservations which were double booked. I expect a full refund of both tickets. The tickets were booked on ** September **** under the name Jordan Rothman.
