Log in to my textnow account. ... My textnow account has been permanently disabled. I was on chat with text support to get it enabled and the rep told me it was disabled for a policy violation, but could not tell me what or when the policy violation occurred. He enabled my account, and with him still on chat I tried to log in. I was able to login, but as soon as I put in my area code, my account was disabled again for a policy violation. The rep told me he could not do anything and that it was permanently disabled. He also could not tell me what the new violation was or how just logging back in was considered a violation.
their chat tech support cannot tell us what violations are, just go read the policies and see if you violated any of them.
I need to know what the violations were, when they occurred, and the account re-enabled so I can retrieve some old texts.
I have been a user of TextNow since the second generation iPod Touch was released. In all those years, I never had an issue until now.
I worked online with TextNow support and went from one violation to two just trying to login. I have also tried calling the textnow number given and get cut off as soon as the recording finishes, or if I press any number before the recording finishes.
