Last night (Sunday **.**.****) I was logged in and using my TextNow mobile app version *.**.*.* (I use the desktop app often too,Windows ** version *****.* or higher******) and was all the sudden involuntarily logged out. I tried logging back in using the same email & password that I ALWAYS USE but it said the **password** and*or username didn't match*incorrect) . I attempted resetting my password via the link sent to my email but no avail!! I tried resetting my password ** TIMES!!! I must be locked out** of my account. The only cause for this that I can think of is under suspicion of spamming. Before being kicked out, I was copy*pasting the **same msg and sending it to *** or so numbers*contacts individually & in rapid succession because I couldn't figure out a group convo*mass text feature. The text message that I was sending was **URGENT**, time sensitive and of the utmost importance!!! I need to resolve this today to be able to access my account ASAP. At the very least I need those phone numbers & convos exported to me but ideally I'd like access to my account again. I use it daily for business and it includes **** business contacts*numbers**, conversations and info. Time is money and because of THIS UNFORTUNATE EVENT******** I have already lost **hundreds of dollars********!! My email for this account is **annette.J*****@***.com and the TextNow * is ** ***.***.****. I'm not ***% sure of what my username is though. Your website kept saying it was 'jomolly.teasippin*sh'. I'd like to change my username too if possible. Thank you and please help unlock my account today or ASAP*******!
