Help with my TextNow issue

I ordered a sim card with a plan on it I put it in my phone and it didn't work. The SIM card was from TextNow I have a TextNow number and had it for about a year the free plan, then I tried to get the SIM card from TextNow I ordered it online and I got it and it says Sprint on the SIM card and it doesn't work on my Sprint phone S*. Then I ordered through second order another phone and plan and I guess it comes with a SIM card and since I'm getting another sim card I want to know how do I send the first one back or if I can get refunded for the SIM card that I bought with the plan it was about $**?
GetHuman-jcarras did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
