Purchased a phone and a plan through text now the phone broke within a couple days which okay that can be my fault but when I went to renew my plan and pay for the following month I was charged twice both times I was told my card was declined then I paid a third time with another card all three cards were charged I need a refund and have had enormous troubles contacting any human at the text now headquarters.
GetHuman-makdadj did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
