Upgrade my account because it was a new billing cycle. It was not automatically taken out because there was no money in my account. I tried upgrading and it seems it charged me for the * GB and ** GB but I was only upgrading my account. I would really appreciate my refund of $**.**
GetHuman-halberts did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
