I generally am an "in person" shopper. I purchased the gift cards on the sale yesterday. I went to use them today and I waited on hold for ** minutes before someone answered and then it took the guest relations ** minutes to figure out the error. And after all this time the error was not fixed. The account needs to be reset and I need to try again in an hour. Target, you know better than this! This is Walmart like treatment. After waiting on hold for ** minutes and I need to call back in an hour. Good golly! If I only had time to place orders on Target.com all day this would be a breeze but unfortunately, I do have a job. A suggestion, you might want to consider staffing up during the holidays. A wait time of ** minutes is really ridiculous.
