I'm trying to apply for a redcard debit card. *the application keeps telling me my name is wrong. My name is O'Connell I dropped the ' it still won't take it. It won't accept my email *****@***.com. I use to have a credit card a very long time ago of I believe * of *****@***.com. It also wants a secondary phone * I do not have one. I have moved since the old acct. I called customer service at *-***-***-**** she said can't help me if I don't have card *. I explained don't have it. And all I'm trying to do is apply for debit card not a credit card. She told me I have to apply in the store, I was in the store the other day it is crazy busy. I won't be back to the store and wait in the line and hold customers up to apply forr this card. Can you help me?
