Help with my TD Bank issue

Ally Bank had an agreement with TD Bank whereas TD issued Ally's credit cards. Agreement discontinued. Ally credit card canceled and reissued by TD with a TD credit card.**Card activated via phone. Have been trying unsuccessfully to sign up for TD's online credit card servicing. Entered card * & personal info. Attempted to create username and password according to guidelines... hit *CONTINUE* & then nothing. It just sits there... no indication that it is attempting to go to the next page.**Have tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) with the same results each time.

Was using a password generator. Use a simple password to start, then change it later. It will only accept certain special characters, but doesn't say which ones.
